First of all, great customer service and engagement by everyone there from the first step booking an appointment with Tony all the way to installation with Chris and his team. They cleaned the garbage from each room and fixed any cracks or holes left in the drywall.
I'm still waiting on my patio door to be installed, but I expect that will be in the coming weeks due to manufacturing delays. I would recommend Ambia for anyone looking to change their windows and doors. They were highly professional and came off as honest. They even recommended a few changes that lowered the quote from what I had initially wanted. The before neighbours house and after makes a big difference and gives your home some really nice curb appeal. This review is a long time in coming, for which I apologize. This spring April I had the balance of the windows done 9 of them plus the front door and sidelight. The crew were great, easy to speak to and answer questions. They did a great job, all in one day. Thankfully, as it snowed the next day. The aftermath was cleaned up nicely. Jimmy, my rep, was great and had the patience of a saint :.

It was a pleasure to work with you both once again. The windows and doors look great! I like the black interior color combimed with the Antique Brass hardware it looks really sharp. My windows look amazing! We hired Ambia to replace our windows 4 years ago. This year, we went back to them to replace another 9 windows and two doors. They are professional from start to end. The first project included 22 windows, including a big bay window, all brick to brick.
They did a great job! Especially the bay window looks beautiful even after 4 years. We had a very good experience from the beginning. Their quotes are very professional and generated by software not by handwriting. The Installation team were professional, efficient and cleaned up nicely after the work. Highly recommended!
